Founded by Shawn Lowe and Wesley Fisbeck in 2007, Pinnacle Buildings has a history of excellence in construction.

With deep roots in Denver and Steamboat Springs, we specialize in building custom homes and expansive, versatile structures like equestrian arenas and barndominiums. Shawn and Wes are hands-on throughout every project, ensuring quality and efficiency from start to finish.

Meet Our Team

  • Shawn is a meticulous engineer and craftsman who oversees all aspects of construction and design. With a background in managing large-scale projects, Shawn ensures that every detail of your build meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. When he’s not building, Shawn lives just outside of Steamboat Springs with his wife and two kids. You can find him raising cattle, hunting, custom processing meat, rafting, or spending time with his children. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s in Construction Management from UNLV.

  • Wes manages pre-construction planning, estimating, permitting, and material procurement to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget. He works closely with clients and partners, maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Wes lives outside of Steamboat Springs with his wife and two kids in a home custom built by Pinnacle Buildings. He’s an avid mountain biker, snowboarder, and little league president, often found coaching baseball or playing sports with his boys. Wes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northern State University.
